WORSHIP TEAM SERVICE

Serve On Our Worship Team

Thank you for your interest in joining our worship team! We believe worship is a ministry first and a musical role second. Our goal is to help you discern if this is the place God is calling you to serve.

As a first step, we ask that you complete our short interest form. Once you have completed the form, our worship director will reach out to discuss our process and ask some additional questions. As a second step, the director will ask that you share a video of your musical skill.

Worship team members are, first and foremost, worshipers of the triune God. We look for:

  • a growing relationship with Jesus,
  • a teachable and humble spirit,
  • a desire to serve—not perform, and
  • a commitment to unity within the team and church

If invited to the next step in our process, we will ask you to come to a rehearsal practice to demonstrate your ability to:

  • sing or play an instrument,
  • learn a worship song,
  • engage in basic rhythm/pitch/blending skills, and
  • take/follow direction

If invited to the next step in our process, our music director will review the expectations of participating on the team, including:

  • ministry mission and character expectations,
  • commitment to rehearsals and preparation, and
  • platform/stage presence

As a next step, you may be invited to participate in a trial period with the worship team. During this period, you will:

  • attend rehearsals,
  • observe the team, and
  • receive coaching and feedback

At the end of the trial period, we hope to welcome you to our team. If, at any point in the process, it is determined that serving on the team is not a good fit, we will recommend next steps for growth and/or explore alternative places to serve in the church.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Visiting a new church can come with a lot of questions—and we’re glad you’re here. Whether you’re planning your first visit or looking to get more involved, this section covers what to expect at Grace Gospel Fellowship, from service times to kids and student ministries.

We offer two Sunday services at 9:15AM and 11:00AM. Both services feature the same worship experience and message, so you can attend whichever time works best for you.

Yes! Grace Kids is available during both Sunday services and provides a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children learn about Jesus at an age-appropriate level.

Grace Kids serves children from nursery through elementary age, with caring volunteers and Bible-based teaching designed specifically for each stage of development.

Grace Teens is our student ministry for middle and high school students. It exists to help students grow in their faith, build meaningful friendships, and learn how to follow Jesus in everyday life.

You’ll experience welcoming people, meaningful worship, and a gospel-centered message. You’re welcome to come as you are—no pressure, no expectations, just a place to belong.

There’s no dress code at Grace Gospel Fellowship. Some people dress casually, others more traditionally—what matters most is that you feel comfortable.

Not at all. Everyone is welcome to attend services, join ministries, and participate in church life—no membership required.

We offer opportunities to connect through small groups, serving teams, Grace Kids, Grace Teens, and outreach ministries. There’s a place for everyone to grow and belong.

You can stop by our welcome area on Sunday, fill out a contact form on our website, or reach out to us directly—we’d love to help.
